Job Description - Online Office Manager

Job Description:


Myntra is seeking a part-time Online Office Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Online Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all online office operations, including but not limited to managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online office operations and ensure efficiency in daily tasks. 2. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. 3. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective responses. 4. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team. 5. Compile and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and initiatives. 6. Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. Monitor and track office expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Resilient and motivated personality traits. 3. Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
