Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Zerodha is looking for a motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is driven, hardworking, and eager to learn about online operations within the financial industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize operations and improve efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements - Provide support to customers and address any issues or concerns they may have - Assist in the documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements: - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
