Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Lenskart, an industry leader in the eyewear retail sector, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Operations Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the online operations of Lenskart, including website maintenance, inventory management, order processing, and customer service. - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability. - Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless online operations. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the overall online shopping experience for customers. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep Lenskart at the forefront of online retail.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners. - Prior experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools for online operations.
