Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

One97 Communications, a leading technology company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, is seeking a hardworking and motivated Online Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in online operations management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online operations processes - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to online operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity - Identify and address operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks - Manage and optimize online platforms and tools to enhance user experience - Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Lead and motivate a team of online operations specialists - Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on online operations performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Proven experience in online operations management, preferably in the technology industry - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Team player with a proactive and results-driven attitude
