Operations Associate - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations related to order processing, inventory management, and logistics - Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Assisting with customer inquiries and issue resolution - Work closely with senior management to implement new strategies and initiatives - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Highly motivated and able to work independently - Strong people management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members - Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel - Experience working in a remote environment preferred - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
