Job Description:
Nykaa is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time position that allows the flexibility to work from home. As an entry-level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Assist in the fulfillment of orders and shipments - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve overall operations - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong attention to detail - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
