Operations Manager

Job Description:

Meesho, a leading e-commerce platform based in Delhi, IN, is seeking a part-time Operations Manager with 8 years of experience in a mid-to-senior level role to join our dynamic team. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity. 2. Manage and enhance operational processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. 3. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of operations across departments. 5. Monitor operational performance and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and meet business objectives. 6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. 7. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. 8. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and optimization of operational activities. 9. Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise in a timely and effective manner. 10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. 8 years of experience in operations management or a related role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking. 7. Effective time management and organizational skills. 8. Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving results. 9. Proficiency in using operational software and tools. 10. Experience in e-commerce or retail operations is a plus.
