Remote Operations Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all remote operations in Kolkata, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of company strategies and policies - Lead and support a remote team of associates to achieve operational goals and targets - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to drive operational excellence - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall performance - Develop and implement training programs to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles - Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to facilitate their professional growth and development - Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure smooth and successful operations - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing remote teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about driving innovation and achieving results - Adaptable to changing environments and able to thrive in a fast-paced work setting - Proven experience in people management and teamwork - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
