Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Operations Manager to join our team at Policybazaar in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in operations management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality of work. 2. Monitor and analyze remote team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3. Coordinate with team leaders to ensure that goals and objectives are being met. 4. Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to remote team members to help them succeed in their roles. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall business operations. 6. Handle escalated issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to remote team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote team management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote work setting. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate remote team members. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in project management tools and software. 6. Adaptable and confident with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 7. Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
