Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Stellapps, a leading dairy technology company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior level position should have at least 7 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving results and meeting targets.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all remote operations for the company, including logistics, supply chain management, and vendor relations. 2. Develop strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in remote operations. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of operational objectives. 5. Provide leadership and guidance to remote teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness. 7.
