Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

One97 Communications is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis, with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. - Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes are running smoothly. - Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. - Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and morale. - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and drive business growth. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operations.

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management. - Proven track record of success in a similar role. - Hardworking and passionate about achieving results. - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting. - Experience with project management and process improvement.
