Job Description:
Paytm is seeking a diligent and adaptable Personal Assistant to work remotely from home in Bangalore. This entry-level position will require someone who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage various tasks and projects. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting senior management in daily administrative tasks, project management, and people management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. 2. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed. 3. Assist in managing and coordinating projects to ensure deadlines are met. 4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of senior management. 5. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. 7. Assist in managing and tracking expenses and budgets. 8. Support in recruitment and onboarding processes as needed. 9. Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 8. Project management and people management skills are a plus.
