Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Support Manager to join our team at Hilton. This is a remote work opportunity based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in account management and customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic account plans and achieve revenue goals. 3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, offering solutions to any challenges they may encounter. 4. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 5. Assist in the development of new business proposals and presentations to attract potential clients. 6. Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry changes and opportunities. 7. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management, customer support, or a related role. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Resourceful and confident in dealing with challenging situations. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in project management and strategic planning. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
