Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate looking to showcase their expertise in account management and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts. 2. Provide support to client accounts including resolving issues, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 4. Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts. 5. Track and analyze key metrics to assess account performance. 6. Create reports and presentations for clients to demonstrate value and growth opportunities. 7. Assist in the onboarding process for new client accounts. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide superior account support. 9. Provide training and guidance to junior account support team members.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resourceful and passionate about client success. 5. Proficient in project management and cooperation. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 8. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
