Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Account Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects remotely for Adani Group. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and revenue. 3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. 5. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery. 6. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and data security.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or client services. 3. Strong project management and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Hardworking and motivated with a strong work ethic. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
