Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Urban Ladder is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to address any account issues and develop solutions. 3. Manage and maintain accurate account records and documentation. 4. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for account reviews. 5. Identify opportunities for growth within key accounts and work towards achieving revenue targets. 6. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns in a timely manner. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve our clients.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. 2. Proven experience in account management or a related field. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Reliable and resourceful personality traits, with a high level of emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally and relocate if necessary. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
