Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team at CarDekho. This is a remote work opportunity based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Entry Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in account management tasks such as updating customer information, processing orders, and resolving account issues. 2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic account plans and coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets. 4. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. 5. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 6. Analyze account data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. 3. Strong research and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Passion for customer service and account management.
