Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team at Apple India. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Entry Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients in managing their accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with their account management needs, including setting up new accounts, updating information, and resolving any issues or discrepancies - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination on account-related matters - Monitor account activity and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and progress - Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account support - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
