Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ola Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Representative to join our team. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. The Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with account related issues and troubleshooting any problems - Providing technical support and guidance to customers as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels - Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
