Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Khatabook is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone calls and other communication channels. This is a remote work position based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or resolutions - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system - Resolving customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets set by the management team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle pressure effectively - Passionate about providing outstanding customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving team goals
