Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

BYJU'S is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated leadership skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
