Job Description:
Practo, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote call center operations in Delhi, IN. This role requires a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and performance - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track and improve team performance - Provide coaching, training, and support to call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery - Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and development - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in call center management, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and cooperation - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or training sessions - Gym membership to promote a healthy work-life balance
