Job Description:
Cleartrip is seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in a remote work setting in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team, ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center performance and improve efficiency. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Provide coaching and training to call center agents to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in a call center management role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively. 4. Driven and resilient personality traits. 5. Strong emotional intelligence and planning skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
