Job Description: Dailyhunt is seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team remotely in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our remote call center team to ensure exceptional customer service and support is provided.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center representatives to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center processes and efficiency. 3. Monitor call center performance metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor call center staff on best practices, communication skills, and customer service techniques. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. 7. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum 7 years of experience in call center management. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing remote call center teams. 4. Strong leadership and coaching skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and call center technology. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
