Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Call Center Officer to join our team at Cred. As a remote worker based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional information - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database - Collaborate with team members and managers to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Independent and reliable individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Excellent decision-making skills to handle customer issues effectively - Experience working in a call center or customer service role for at least 2 years - Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certification is a plus
