Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zomato is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer for remote work in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a part-time Associate level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. 3. Utilize CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on customer issues. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any escalated issues promptly. 5. Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually improve customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits with a positive attitude. 2. Strong teamwork and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and listening skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
