Job Description:
upGrad is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an ideal role for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions. 3. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up with customers as needed. 4. Assist in strategic planning for improving customer service processes and procedures. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. 6. Meet or exceed call center metrics such as call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (both written and verbal). 2. A proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving. 3. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools. 5. Strong people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 6. Strategic planning skills to contribute to the continuous improvement of the call center operations.
