Job Description:
Razorpay is seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level representative with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues - Make outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers or provide additional information - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide information and assistance to customers on products, services, and policies - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and goals
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required
