Icertis, a leading provider of contract lifecycle management software, is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Update customer records and information in the company database. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and feedback.
