Job Description:
Myntra, a leading e-commerce company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a call center setting, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. - Use analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the database. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. - Utilize time management skills to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and tasks. - Work with management to identify trends in customer feedback and propose solutions for improvement.
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess and address customer needs. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. - Must have a dedicated and reliable work ethic.
