Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Samsung India is seeking a passionate and motivated Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, identifying, and resolving customer concerns - Utilize empathy and emotional intelligence to de-escalate tense situations and create a positive customer experience - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service or call center roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate customer interactions with empathy - Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment - Proficient with CRM systems and call center software - High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
