Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist at IBM India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be expected to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Responsibilities: - Answering and making calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account maintenance - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle high-stress situations with grace and professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Analysis and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
