Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Assistant at Unacademy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to users through chat channels. This remote work position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and is part-time with an Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat channels in a timely and professional manner. 2. Research and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes. 7. Contribute to project management tasks related to improving customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual who is reliable and can work independently in a remote setting. 2. Strong research skills to effectively troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions. 3. Experience in project management or related tasks is preferred. 4. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner. 5. Proficiency in using chat support tools and applications. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
