As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through our online chat platform. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality
