Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Faasos is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team remotely in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Work with the customer support team to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Comfortable with using chat support software and other technology tools - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English and one other local language - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
