Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

upGrad is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat for our online learning platform. This position is part-time with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide information about our courses and programs to potential students. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals. 8. Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Experience with online learning platforms is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
