Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Chat Support Manager at Faasos, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of chat support agents who provide excellent customer service to our clients. This is a remote work position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, perfect for a driven and energetic individual with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents and ensure they provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training as needed. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the chat support team. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback on product improvements. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Faasos products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure resolution in a timely manner. 7. Create reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a chat support management role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in chat support software and tools. 6. Knowledge of customer service best practices. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills. 8. Driven and energetic personality traits. 9. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. 10. A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
