HealthifyMe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and support to our users. This role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and accuracy - Develop and implement chat support best practices and protocols - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to optimize the chat support process and enhance the user experience - Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer issues - Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks within the chat support team
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Previous experience managing a team of chat support agents - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Independent and self-motivated with a proactive attitude - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Creativity to devise innovative solutions to customer service challenges
