Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Manager to join our team at Nykaa. As a remote worker based in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the chat support team to ensure excellent customer service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the chat support team to ensure high-quality customer service and support. 2. Create and implement chat support strategies to optimize efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Train, mentor, and develop chat support team members to enhance their skills and performance. 4. Monitor chat support performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and resolve conflicts. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 8. Implement chat support tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve productivity.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer service or chat support, with at least 2 years in a management role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. 3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and support. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues. 5. Strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
