Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and driven Chat Support Manager to join our team at Ather Energy, a leading electric vehicle company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time, remote work position at the mid-to-senior level with a requirement of at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of chat support agents to ensure timely and quality responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolution rates. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues that require cross-functional resolution. 6. Handle escalations and complex customer queries with professionalism and efficiency. 7. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to chat support agents to drive continuous improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in chat support management or a similar customer service role. 3. Strong project management and people management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in chat support software and tools. 7. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 8. Experience working with a remote team is a plus.
