Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Lendingkart is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective chat support services to customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or support roles.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting service level agreements and performance targets set by the company

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or support roles - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong typing skills and proficiency in using chat support software - Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
