Job Description:

Google India is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our remote team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via online chat. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through online chat. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while providing customer support. 3. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 5. Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. 4. Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. 5. Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. Availability to work part-time hours remotely from Bangalore, Karnataka. 8. Adaptable and independent personality traits.
