Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our remote team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, passionate about providing excellent customer service, and possesses strong planning and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to customer issues - Utilize company resources to troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate solutions - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work part-time hours remotely from Mumbai, Maharashtra - Resourceful and passionate about helping customers - Strong planning and creativity skills
