Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Rebel Foods is seeking a passionate and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is necessary, but candidates should possess strong decision-making skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support channels, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical problems and ensure swift resolutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred but not required. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
