Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ather Energy is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our chat platform - Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and problem resolution - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Energetic and passionate about technology - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Comfortable using online chat platforms and CRM systems - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
