Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tata Steel is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills - Knowledge of online chat platforms and customer service tools
