Urban Ladder is seeking a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a part-time Associate level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3. Assist customers in navigating our website, products, and services. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts through effective negotiation skills. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve processes and service quality. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Proficient in using chat support software and tools. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and solving problems creatively. 6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to innovate solutions to meet customer needs.
