Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, payment issues, and general customer service questions. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner. 3. Utilize various software tools to efficiently assist customers and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions. 6. Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.
