Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

One97 Communications, a leading telecommunications company based in Delhi, India, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 4. Assist in the creation and implementation of client retention strategies and initiatives. 5. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and feedback for management review. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent planning and time management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team effectively. 5. Previous experience in client relations or customer service preferred. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
