Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for building strong relationships.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions - Manage client accounts and maintain a positive relationship with key stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service - Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and acquisition - Provide regular updates and reports on client engagement and feedback - Participate in virtual meetings and conferences to represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about client relations - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
